This standard, which is based on the Epson Group Whistleblowing Systems Regulation, is intended to facilitate the early detection and correction of problems by widely fielding and appropriately handling consultations and reports from business partners regarding problems (including compliance problems) that could prevent us from realizing the Management Philosophy and conducting sound business operations. It is also intended to contribute to the creation of a company that enjoys even greater social trust.
Officers, employees, suppliers, or any other parties can discuss their concerns or file a complaint on any wrongdoing that they may have experience or observe as following:

• | Anti-competitive conduct that violates competition laws (Antimonopoly Act) |
The person in charge of reports in Epson Precision Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. must preserve the confidentiality of information and personal data obtained from a report or investigation. Company will use personal data that is collected for the following purposes:
• | Checking the facts related to compliance violations |

• | Reporting the results of investigation to whistleblowers |
Nevertheless, information may be disclosed if a person is asked to cooperate in the investigation, but only within the necessary scope of investigation and correction.
Whistleblowers who report an issue in good faith will be protected from retaliation, harassment, and other forms of reprisal for having made a report or discussed concerns.

Whistleblowers may choose to report using one's real name or anonymously. However, please understand that if reports are submitted anonymously, the Company will not be able to contact you to obtain additional information, may not be able to conduct an adequate investigation, or take appropriate corrective action, and may not be able to notify you of the results of an investigation
Once report is received, investigation will be conducted by the investigation officer assign by the company. If an investigation reveals that there was a misconduct, the Company shall discuss with the relevant parties on the corrective and preventive action needed to be taken.
