1.To translate customers’ orders into feasible production plan, including forecast planning. 2. To prepare production plan & monitor the progress. 3. Ensuring minimum stock level . 4. 1. Handle foreign worker management, including liaison with relevant government authorities and statutory bodies. 2. Manage expatriate administration, including documentation and related HR matters. 3. Support HR administrative functions, including employee records, documentation, and reporting. 4. Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labor Law, Employment Act, and Industrial Relations Act. 5. Coordinate and support HR-related activities and projects as assigned. 6. Tanggungjawab Utama: 1. Mengendalikan dan memantau mesin bagi memastikan proses berjalan lancar dan mengikut standard kualiti yang ditetapkan. 2. Mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan dan memastikan kawasan kerja sentiasa bersih dan teratur. 3. Pendapatan Gaji Bulanan >Gaji pokok = RM 1,700.00 >Elaun Makan (Overtime) = RM 60.00 >Kiraan OT (2.4 jam) x 20 hari bekerja = RM 637.50 >Jumlah anggaran gaji kasar = RM2, 397.50 3. Tempoh percubaan adalah selama 3 bulan 4. Jawatan adalah berdasarkan kontrak untuk setahun. Faedah-faedah adalah sama seperti pekerja tetap. Waktu Bekerja: 1. Bekerja 12 jam sehari 2. Waktu bekerja adalah mengikut sistem syif: >Syif pagi (7:00 pagi – 7:00 malam) >Syif malam (7:00 malam – 7:00 pagi) 3. Waktu bekerja sistem syif 12-jam adalah 9.1 jam waktu kerja biasa dan 2.4 jam waktu kerja lebih masa (OT) untuk setiap hari bekerja 4.
