1. Ensure timely and accurate payroll administration (salaries, OT, allowances, bonuses, incentives, etc).
2. Ensure an efficient, precise, and updated staff database (both in system and hardcopy) and keep such data confidential.
3. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
4. Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
5. Plan and implement projects and programs which will increase and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the payroll system.
6. Plan and control the documents within the division to ensure standardization and uniformity.
7. Prepare compensation & benefits related reports/analysis as required by management and statutory
1. Bachelor of in Accounting, Human Resource, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, or other relevant discipline.
2. Good interpersonal skill.
3. Good analytical skill, planning, and organizing skill.
4. Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
5. Able to work independently, resourceful, and good sense of responsibility.
6. Comfortable in working in a highly visible role and independently.
7. Knowledgeable in Employment Act, Malaysia Labor Law and practice, Statutory requirement, and other related legislation.
8. Disciplined and resourceful with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
9. Able to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
10. Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel and HRIS.
Janitor/ Cleaner (GA)
